Because drama seems to follow celebrities round more than either fame or fortune combined, things have a tendency to get a bit ~intense~ when it comes to their personal relationships hitting the tabloids.
From Kylie Jenner to Justin Bieber, the following celebrities have all been caught up in paternity scandals that resulted in the entire world just wishing they'd go on Jeremy Kyle and shut down the rumours once and for all.
Let's get checking out some of the most shocking secrets celebs have ever revealed about themselves...
Keanu Reeves
Back in 2010, a woman called Karen Sala claimed that the actor was the father of her four grown-up children and was seeking both $150,000 a month in retroactive child support and $3 million a month in spousal support. This was all very odd considering Keanu had already submitted a test proving the children *weren't* his before she began angling for financial support.
Kourtney Kardashian
Ah, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians drama that you've probably forgotten about. A model called Michael Girgenti made some sensational (and slightly TMI) claims to InTouch Weekly back in 2013 insisting that he was the real father of Mason Disick.
The case was eventually thrown out of court when the then 27-year-old failed a lie detector test and it soon became apparent that he hadn't slept with Kourtney after all.
Beyonce
Technically this is a maternity suit, but it's too juicy to leave off the list. A woman called Tina Seales claimed that she was the mother of Blue Ivy – which, unfortunately for Bey, surfaced around the same time she was accused of faking her pregnancy.
It was later discovered that Tina had also attempted to sue Kim Kardashian and Kanye West and the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge by saying she was the mother of all their children combined. Go figure.
Idris Elba
The world was thrilled for Idris when he announced in a 2010 press conference that he and his then-girlfriend had become parents of a baby boy. But his pals had their doubts and encouraged the actor to request a paternity test. Sure enough, the child wasn't his, and Idris has since described the whole ordeal as being "a full-on punch in the face."
Jay Z
It seems the Carter family are no strangers to baby rumours. Someone called Rymir Satterthwaite claimed that he was the rapper's son in 2015 and attempted to make Jay Z undergo a DNA paternity test to prove his point. This is yet to go down, although Rymir previously promised that he would "not stop" pursuing the test "until justice is served."
Flo Rida
Cast your minds back to 2013 and you might recall the time a woman called Gloria Holloway made the claim that Flo Rida had fathered her two-year-old son. While she attempted to sue for back child support, the rapper handled the situation in the best way possible by willingly filing a DNA test and proving he wasn't the daddy after all.
Kylie Jenner
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star has been accused of having a relationship with her former bodyguard, Tim Chung – with some fans claiming he is the spitting image of daughter Stormi. While Kylie hasn't commented on the speculation, he has since released a statement branding the rumours "ridiculous" and "offensive."
Justin Bieber
You definitely forgot about this one. Roll back to 2010 and the baby-faced singer had his first taste of controversy when a woman called Mariah Yeater went to the press and claimed that the Biebs was the father of her son. The suit was quietly dropped when Bieber's team countered that he'd take a paternity test and then sue her when the results came back.
Jeremy McConnell
The Celebrity Big Brother star took a paternity test live on TV after having doubts that he was the father of on-off girlfriend Stephanie Davis's son, Caben-Albi. The results came back positive and he later claimed he was "the happiest man alive" to be a dad.
Pretty sure there'll be more of these as the years rolls by.
