Floyd Mayweather goes head-to-head with Conor McGregor in their highly anticipated boxing match, Mayweather Vs. McGregor, on Saturday night (Aug. 26) in Las Vegas.
Mayweather is a star in his own right with an undefeated professional record, and because of his A-list status, the champion boxer keeps close celebrity company. Before Mayweather's face-off this weekend, check out some of the famous musicians who support Mayweather's Money Team.
Justin Bieber
Mayweather has had a longtime friendship with Justin Bieber featuring many highlights, like Bieber walking the athlete out at a number of prominent matches, visiting Mayweather's children after they were involved in a car accident and even taking a bro-mantic vacation together to Bora Bora. What could be more special than that?
According to TMZ, the two may no longer be as close, since Bieber hasn't been hanging out with Mayweather as of late -- and he apparently unfollowed Mayweather on Instagram recently -- but whether it's true or not, the two have had a bromance for the ages.
Mariah Carey
Mayweather stopped by Mariah Carey's extravagant L.A. Halloween party in 2016, and to return the favor, the pop star graced his massive 40th birthday bash this past February to celebrate with the star, even serenading him with "Happy Birthday." During the event, Carey took to Instagram to reveal that she literally flew across the world just for his special day -- a true friendship love affair.
Jamie Foxx
Superstar recording artist and actor Jamie Foxx keeps it tight with Mayweather. Whenever the two are free from movies, the studio and the boxing ring, they always make an effort to get together, and Foxx makes a point to consistently bet on a win for his best pal.
The singer recently made it clear that he's confident Mayweather will take home the winning title this weekend, and the two are already even planning a Las Vegas victory party after the event.
Lil Wayne
Lil Wayne is always down to support his favorite boxer and friend. He first made his allegiance known in 2014 when the rapper appeared alongside Justin Bieber walking out the major athlete at a match, and since then, he's performed prior to a number of Mayweather fights. Weezy has even said that he lets Mayweather choose which track from his discography to perform as a pump-up before each event he appears at, so the two most definitely keep things close.
