Justin Bieber Impersonator At Dave & Buster's Dupes TMZ

A Justin Bieber impersonator completely duped TMZ. On Sunday, the site posted a whole story about Bieber having fun at Dave & Buster's in Hollywood on Saturday night, but the singer was in Sweden, where he had just performed a concert. Gossip Cop has the exclusive.

According to the outlet, Bieber celebrated his new song with "2U" with David Guetta by playing arcade games at Dave & Buster's and then squirting champagne off an apartment building in Hollywood. The site reported that Bieber spent the night playing Pac-Man and a speed racing game until Dave & Buster's shut down at 2 a.m. But "Justin wasn't done partying," wrote the misguided blog, which claimed he then went to the W Hollywood and a nearby apartment building, where he sprayed champagne over the side the roof and onto the street below.

The webloid even posted photos of "Bieber" at Dave & Buster's and video of him squirting champagne. Naturally, a number of other sites regurgitated the inaccurate article also without fact-checking the story. And while the person who played arcade games had similar-looking tattoos as the singer and was dressed like him (see above and below), it was 100 percent not Bieber.

On Saturday, Bieber performed at the Summerbust in Stockholm, Sweden and did not fly 10 hours to Los Angeles to play arcade games and then jet to Zurich, Switzerland, where he was spotted on Sunday morning. Bieber is set to perform a concert in the capital city of Bern on Thursday. Apparently, though, the real burn is on TMZ, which was duped by a Bieber impersonator. Not only did the site's article not seem plausible, based on our knowledge of Bieber's whereabouts, but also his rep later exclusively confirmed to Gossip Cop that the person pictured in the photos and video is an "impersonator."

While generally factual, the website has been way off its Bieber game. A month ago, the same outlet wrongly linked the singer to Hailee Steinfeld. As Gossip Cop noted, the two are just good friends. Additionally, we were exclusively told by multiples sources close to Bieber and Steinfeld that they are not dating. Check out the Bieber imposter in the video below who tricked TMZ.
