The 23-year-old pop star led the star-studded "One Love Manchester" concert at the Old Trafford cricket grounds, which was filled with thousands of people.
The benefit concert also comes a day after another attack on London Bridge and Borough Market in central London claimed the lives of at least seven people.
"But tonight, I am here for all you". "And unified. I think the kind of love you're displaying is the kind of medicine the world needs now".
Grande was joined at the concert by Take That, Robbie Williams, Little Mix, Katy Perry, Justin Bieber, Liam Gallagher, and Coldplay, among others.
The "One Love Manchester" benefit concert by Grande and other pop stars went on as planned in the United Kingdom city, which is still recovering from a suicide bombing at Grande's show there two weeks ago.
Perhaps the most emotional moment of the evening happened when Grande joined the Parrs Wood High School Choir for a tearful performance of "My Everything".
The singer said: "I want to dedicate this song to my good friend Ariana Grande and everyone who experienced that horrific attack yesterday".
Every artist had an emotional message, with common threads of togetherness and love prevailing; Grande wrapped up the event with a moving performance of "Somewhere Over The Rainbow".
He added: "I expected her to stay, visit and comfort her wounded fans and relatives of those who died".
Over £2 million has been raised to benefit those affected by last month's Manchester terror attack.
The concert aired live Sunday on BBC TV, BBC radio and Capital Radio Networks in Britain.
This makes sense considering the concert was aimed at uniting people and igniting "love" for everyone everywhere, in light of the recent atrocities, as well as to raise the much needed funds to support those who had lost loved ones. Then she told me that Olivia would have wanted to hear the hits.
