All About Justin Bieber: DJ Snake and Justin Bieber's Let Me Love You challenging Major Lazer for singles Number 1

Major Lazer's Cold Water ft. Justin Bieber and MØ continues to lead the way today's Official Chart Update, but they're facing some serious competition on this week's Top 40.

Putting a potential third stint at Number 1 at risk for the trio is DJ Snake's Let Me Love You, which starts at Number 2. The track, which features Justin Bieber and was released last Friday (August 5) alongside Snake's new album Encore, is currently 7,000 combined sales behind Cold Water at the halfway stage of the chart week.

The rest of today's Update Top 5 is made up of Calum Scott's Dancing On My Own (3), Jonas Blue's Perfect Strangers (4), and Chainsmokers' Don't Let Me Down (5).

New entries and high climbers

Outside the Top 10, Danish singer-songwriter MØ lifts three places to 12 with Final Song, twenty one pilots moves from 20 to 13 with Heathens, and Chainsmokers' Closer ft. Halsey zooms 15 spots to Number 18.

Further down, Fifth Harmony continue to scale the Official Singles Chart with All In My Head (Flex), up 13 places today to 23, and Tieks' Sunshine ft. Dan Harkna – which you may recognise from the new Fiat 500 car advert - looks set to hit the Top 40 for the first time this week, currently at 26 (up from 68).

Finally, rapper Lil Wayne could be landing his 19^th UK Top 40 single this week with Sucker For Pain. The collaboration with Wiz Khalifa and Imagine is currently at Number 39 on today's Update, climbing 26 places from last week.
