Hailee Steinfeld has put those Justin Bieber rumours to bed as she insists that the pair are just friends.
Mel B granted a five-year restraining order against former nanny Lorraine GillesThe True Grit actress was rumoured to have struck up a super quick romance with the Sorry hitmaker, when TMZ claimed that they had allegedly been introduced by a pastor at the church they both attend.
The publication also added that the pair had 'only been seeing each other for a little over a month.'
However, the 20-year-old wants the world to know that that's not true. Clearing up the rumours on American radio station Sirius XM, she said: 'I am not. I know, it's crazy.
'I don't know why people make such a big deal. We're friends. We've been friends for years and, yeah.'
Her comments come after it was previously reported that Hailee wasn't interested in 'anything but friendship' with the 23-year-old singer.
Hailee is currently happily dating her Joe Jonas lookalike boyfriend Cameron Smoller.

A rep for the Most Girls singer previously told Metro.co.uk that there was 'absolutely no truth whatsoever' the rumour she and Biebs are dating.
Meanwhile Justin is pretty happy living the single life right now.
On Instagram he shared a picture of a recent selfie next to his mugshot from 2014, and said: 'I LOVE THIS because it reminds me IM NOT EXACTLY WHERE I WANT TO BE BUT THANK GOD IM NOT WHERE I USED TO BE!!'
