The Biebs is having quite the year, releasing bangers that currently live on my "top played" in my iTunes. He announced his album tour, walked around barefoot in Boston, and even sold some questionable merchandise. But our biggest question surrounding him currently is: Did Zac Efron copy Justin Bieber's platinum hair? The Internet seems to think so, after Efron posted an Instagram photo of himself with his new 'do.
This is a new look for Efron, who's been rocking the dark hair for quite some time now. But you know, new season, new you (that's the mantra I imagined Efron having when he went to his stylist). We gotta give it to Efron — he's been taking more fashion risks lately. As he's grown up, he's definitely charmed us even more with his sartorial looks (and honestly, those abs).
And while we've seen traces of highlights come up lately, Efron completely went for platinum blonde recently, posting a photo on Instagram on Thursday evening of his new 'do. And as you can imagine, there were mixed reviews. While some of his fans were totally digging it, others were missing the old look. His fans were also quick to point out that Efron's new look is shockingly similar to Bieber's iconic blonde locks....
If he is taking a style note from the Biebs, I don't blame him. That blonde hair and dark root trend has been in since forever. But maybe he's copying another platinum celeb...

Music artists Selena Gomez, Justin Bieber and Zayn Malik have been leading the Teen Choice Awards 2016 nominations. It seems like the three are ahead of the pack with the most nods in the music category.
In their respective choice song categories, the former couple Gomez and Bieber received three nominations. The Canadian tops the teen male choice and his ex-girlfriend leads the selection for teen female. In the male category, One Direction ex-member Zayn Malik also made it to the top alongside Bieber and Harry Styles.

As posted in Billboard, the Hands To Myself singer Gomez will contend with her best friend Taylor Swift and her former Disney co-star Demi Lovato to win the female artist choice award. Some superstars on the list are Beyonce, Rihanna and Ariana Grande.
In the male category, the competition seems too tough for Justin Bieber. Along with him are the renowned icons Drake, Chalie Puth, Nick Jonas and Shawn Mendes.
In the female choice song set, hit numbers of this year are listed including the power-balled Hello of Adele and the latest released Dangerous Woman of Ariana Grande. On the other side, male category contenders are Bieber, for his hit song Sorry, Zayn Malik's Pillowtalk, Nick Jonas' Close, Charlie Puth's One Call Away and others.
According to Mirror.co.uk, the British band One Direction keeps standing strong with two nominations, one for the music group choice and one in the song group category, with their hit single, Home. In the overall list, other music sensations who also received numerous nominations are Swift, Beyonce and Drake.
Nevertheless, the Teen Choice Awards' host and performers are yet to be disclosed. Voting for the nominees in the star-studded event has officially started via TCA official website. In each category, fans can only vote once. Winners of the said event will be proclaimed on July 31 and will broadcast live on Fox at 8 p.m. EST.
Although the former pair Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez are no longer together, they are both up to something greater as they are on their way to winning the Teen Choice Awards.

It's about to go down! Justin Bieber, 22, announced on June 2 that he will be releasing his very own Justmojis on June 3. Looks like there is some new competition in town for Kim Kardashian, 35, who already has her own set of Kimojis.
Other than taking to Twitter to explain that there would be new Justmojis on the way on June 3, the singer has yet to disclose what exactly that means. Obviously, there is going to be some kind of ode to Purpose. Wouldn't it be awesome if he threw it way back and did a little person with floppy hair in a purple hoodie? Because we would use that all the time to talk with people. Kim should be worried, because these might be amazing.
Now he obviously doesn't have a family full of famous faces to parody in emoji form like Kim does, but his might be more epic. Things like hiding from the paparazzi or hanging in trees in Boston would beat a butt slapping emoji any day, right? We'll just have to wait and see what kind of emoji goodness he in store for us. Justin always seems to hit the mark when it comes to what fans want, so it's bound to be fantastic.
We're super excited to see what Justin has in store when it comes to turning himself into an emoji. We're only hoping that there will be some sort of cryptic reference to Selena Gomez, 23, because that would be absolutely fantastic. Actually, it would be the best thing to happen all year!

The cartoon-like Bieber image is muscular, tatted and holding up a sign that declares "no photos" — an obvious reference to his decision last month to end photos with fans.
It's unclear if the app will come with a price or if it will include an animated shot of his behind — which he gladly flaunted on Instagram two months ago.
Some justmojis possibilities could include his dreadlocks (which he's still not sorry about and might auction off) and his Calvins.

Bieber's news comes months after Kardashian introduced her Kimojis at the end of last year. The reality starlet's app currently sits at number three on Apple's top paid apps.

Now, there's actually a lot of reasons why a person might have a pacifier in their mouth. Being a baby is pretty high up there, but it's the end of the list.
The 22-year-old singer will follow in the footsteps of stars including Kim Kardashian West and Amber Rose when he launches a range of the messaging graphic symbols on Friday (06.03.16).
Justin teased fans by posting a sneak peek on Instagram with the caption: "Friday @AppStore (sic)."
Emojis have proved to be extremely successful for celebrities and Amber reportedly made $2 million on the opening day of her range.
The 32-year-old star debuted her MuvaMojis, a set of 900 symbols available from Apple and Android app stores in March and is said to be set to receive a cut of the profits after the successful start.
Sources close to the fashion designer said Amber has already made $4 million out of the app after signing a deal with developer Appmoji.
And Kim's are said to make her $1 million a minute.
According to reports, the $1.99 app was getting downloaded at a rate of 9,000 times per millisecond on its first day.
Meanwhile, it was recently revealed that Justin is considering selling his dreadlocks for charity.
The singer recently shaved his head and his hairdresser Florido revealed that the 'Sorry' hitmaker is hoping to put his locks to good use by raising money for a worthy cause.
He told US Cosmopolitan magazine: "He wore them for maybe a month and then wanted to change up his look. Not to mention his hair was bleached and was already fragile, plus it was knotted and teased from the dreads.
"The haircut was his idea. He's always very adamant about doing things differently than what everyone else is doing.
"It's always shocking to come from long hair to short hair, right? But as soon as he walked into the hallway from the dressing room, everyone was going off about how cool it looked, because no one had ever seen him like that except for when he was a little kid. He's into it too - he looks like a young Brad Pitt. We still have the dreads though, now we might try to sell them for a charity."

Well, Zac Efron may have just paid the Biebs a major compliment given his latest hair style—which he proudly showed off on Twitter earlier today.
The 28-year-old actor posted a photo on social media of him visiting an elementary school and playing with kids but the focus quickly went to Efron's new 'do.
Meanwhile, Bieber has been changing his hair about as frequently as he's been traveling from city to city during his Purpose tour these days.
The singer recently cut off all of his dreadlocks after being relentlessly mocked by fans on social media.
In fact, the crooner took to Instagram in late April to address the criticism head on (pun intended) by posted a video of himself mocking those who've poked fun at him.
"'Dude, are you gonna do anything with your hair or are you just gonna have it like that, dude?' Yeah, some girl came up to me like, 'I love you Justin, but like, that's my least favorite [look] of yours,''" he told the camera.
And the fan feedback seemed to cut deep for the "Where Are U Now" singer as just days after, he debuted his newly shaved hair for the world to feast their eyes on.

Get ready to meet your new favorite singer, Conner4Real, the star of Popstar: Never Stop Never Stopping, a mockumentary spoof from The Lonely Island. In Popstar, Andy Samberg plays Conner4Real, the king of pop music known for his cocky attitude and hit singles like "I'm So Humble (feat. Adam Levine)" and "Finest Girl (Bin Laden Song). Based on the trailer and early photos from the movie, it's easy to see a connection between Conner4Real and Justin Bieber. Both are white men with tattooed arms and a fondness for tank tops; both have been musicians since they were infants; and both have starred in their own "documentaries" — Justin Bieber: Never Say Never does sound an awful lot like Never Stop Never Stopping, doesn't it? With all these similarities, it's impossible not to wonder if Popstar is based on Bieber, and yet, The Lonely Island has not mentioned the Biebs as the inspiration for Conner4Real.
Schaffer expanded on the multiple pop culture inspirations for Conner4Real, telling Nerdist, "There are moments where he's magic on stage where he's more like Katy Perry shows or even Taylor Swift... And then he also sings a lot, which is kind of like Drake ... and also has a lot of pseudo-political things where he thinks he's like really intelligent, like Macklemore with his rants."
Despite their best efforts, it's difficult to see Popstar as anything other than a direct take on Bieber's larger than life persona, and recent downfall in the press. In the past few years, viral videos showing Bieber urinating in a mop bucket in the back of a restaurant and winking during a deposition after his bodyguard was accused of roughing up a photographer have given the pop star a bit of a bad boy reputation, similar to Conner4Real's persona.

Still, Taccone toldThe New York Timesthat the Lonely Island has "a very nice relationship with him," so it's unlikely they intended the movie as a direct blow to the star. In fact, Bieber even appeared in the group's 100th Digital Short for Saturday Night Live. In fact, after that NYT interview ran with the headline "Justin Bieber, They're Coming For You," The Lonely Island responded on their official twitter account, writing, "For the record: We love [Justin Bieber]" along with a photo of the article with the words "Not Really" written on it. "Like our music, our movie isn't a spoof of any one person but rather pop culture at large. We hope he loves the movie cause we [heart] him," they added.

Bieber did not respond publicly to the tweets, and only time will tell whether or not he'll go see Popstar: Never Stop Never Stopping with the rest of us. Here's hoping he has a good sense of humor.

Just how much fans would empty out of their piggybanks is not clear, considering that Bieber's dreadlocks were met with significant backlash when he debuted the new haircut back in April.
"Justin Bieber didn't get the memo that white people look stupid with dreadlocks," tweeted "The Breakfast Club" radio host Charlamagne Tha God.
But the backlash over the dreadlocks wasn't just due to the way they looked — some felt the hairstyle was an appropriation of a hairstyle usually associated with African American culture.

Today, Curry released his own line of "StephMojis." Also at $1.99 a pop, the app quickly overtook Kardashian West's drop to win the week's emoji app battle — so far. You see it there? It's real. There is no question of whether or not Justin Bieber has been using a pacifier lately. (And, in fact, there are other photos to corroborate.) The question then is that persistent, urgent why? Why would Justin Bieber—now a man grown of 2 and 20 years—suck on a pacifier, a comfort item for little babies being weaned off the teat?
Well, as soon as these photos surfaced, some time in the last two days, theories sprouted up on the Internet like mushrooms in the night. The most persistent one, and the most believable, is that Bieber is employing the pacifier to help him quit smoking. (Oral fixation and all.) If that is indeed the case, we shouldn't tease him.
Smoking is a bad habit with a vise-like grip on those afflicted by it, so we should praise Bieber for trying to quit however he can. Who cares if the pacifier looks a little funny, or that the pictures open the door wide for lots of jokes about how Bieber is a li'l bratty baby. The point is that Bieber is trying to do something positive for his health, and it's important that we support him in that. Sure, an e-cigarette or whatever would have maybe been a slightly more socially acceptable way to go about this, but a lot of those use nicotine, so a pacifier is a cleaner break. Also, e-cigarettes are inherently a little dorky, while the pacifier is so out-there that it kinda becomes cool. So, suck away, Bieber!
If the smoking rumors are not true, well then, who knows why Justin Bieber is using a pacifier. Maybe it's a new scene he's into. In which case, hey, no judgment. Whatever floats your boat down the Saint Lawrence Seaway of life. (That's an old Canadian saying.) Who are we to judge? Nobodies, that's who.

It has become obvious that nobody is immune to Bieber fever, and it appears the British songstress is the latest lady to fall under the Canadian sensation's spell.
This doesn't come as a complete surprise, seeing as how the blonde bombshell flat out admitted she had the hots for the "Sorry" crooner during an interview with Minutia Oliver on 4Music show, Rock The Look With Rimmel London. "Who doesn't? I like how he's evolved, he's growing up, he's doing his thing. I like his stance and how he carries himself," she cooed.
This sexy date seems like a well thought out plan of JB's to get back at Hailey Baldwin for going out with Drake the night before. The Biebs just slays the game!

Meanwhile, the "Poison" singer has been getting cheeky on social media. Although Rita has never been shy about showing off her figure, she certainly gave fans an eyeful when she slipped into a gray one-piece swimsuit while enjoying the hot sun in West Hollywood on Wednesday, Jun 1.
The singer took to Snapchat once again to share a series of flirtatious photos. In one of the photos, Ora is seen putting her derriere on display as she raises her arms in the air and arches her back, to create the illusion of a booty. She's also seen wearing her blonde hair slick and wet as she just emerged out of the pool.
Rita shared another sizzling snap of her cleavage and slight sideboob in the athletic-style swimsuit. This time, she paired her look with a gray baseball cap and black choker. Maybe these saucy new photos are meant for Justin Bieber's eyes.

It's arriving tomorrow so you might want to clear all the space on your phone. Justin Bieber and Rita Ora? Yes, you read that right. The music duo were spotted out and about together on June 1, first at dinner then at a night club. Could this be the making of a new couple?
Remember when Justin Bieber was blamed fro causing the Rita Ora and Calvin Harris split two years ago? Well it looks like he's reconnected with the singer! The two were spotted out in LA on Wednesday night, first at Kitchen 24, then at Warwick in Hollywood — leaving together.
In the photos of them inside, they look very friendly and happy — and then it gets a little strange later on when they're spotted leaving Warwick together. Justin is wearing a black hoodie with the hood up, and the strings tied so tight that his face is barely visible. Rita looks super cute in a black ball cap, sweatshirt and silver mini skirt.
Now the rumored romance between these two isn't exactly new — Justin was reportedly part of the reason that Calvin Harris and Rita had split in 2014. The couple reportedly got "touchy feely" in the studio together, TMZ reported. "Calvin heard they were very affectionate — she would sit on his lap, he would rub her back, etc." They were also both in Mexico at the same time right after the split causing even more chatter.
She then chatted with TV presenter Miquita Oliver on 4Music show, Rock The Look With Rimmel London, and admitted she totally thinks Justin's cute.

Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez are showing that the "out of sight, out of mind" theory isn't always true. After years of an on-again-off-again romantic relationship, both have been busy traveling and touring. But when Selena learned about Justin's odd behavior recently and read his long rant on social media after the Billboard Music Awards, she became concerned, an insider told Hollywood Life.
Worried that he is "pushing himself too hard," Gomez took the side of those who feel that the lengthy message on Instagram (below) hints that Bieber is on the verge of a meltdown.
"Selena isn't quite sure what happened to Justin during the Billboard Music Awards, but she is concerned. She's worried that maybe he's pushing himself too hard and is glad that he has a bit of a break now," revealed the insider.
As for her own romance with the 22-year-old "Sorry" singer is concerned, Gomez has used her Revival Tour as way to try to let go of the Biebs, according to the International Business Times' sources.
When Gomez is bored, she reportedly has gotten in the habit of Justin to "pass the time" and always stays on top of his activities. Now that Selena is so immersed in her tour, however, she is more relaxed about her relationship with her former boyfriend, using it as a "therapeutic" break.

Prior to her tour, Gomez and Bieber reportedly hung out together at a Beverly Hills hotel, with Justin seeking to be on his "best behavior" to woo her back. But the couple has a tendency to play psychological games with each other, resulting in the on-and-off relationship.
Earlier this year, Jelena (Justin+Selena) fans went wild after the Biebs shared a throwback photo showing he still has "feels" for Selena. Gomez liked his throwback photo showing the former couple kissing and then was seen at his concert in Los Angeles, noted People.

Hinting that she also had "feels," as the Biebs wrote for his caption, Selena responded "Perfect" to his throwback photo, giving Jelena fans a reason to celebrate after her attendance at his concert.
But Gomez also has expressed her effort to let go of Justin.
"I care about his health and well-being. But I can't do it anymore."
While Selena attempts to separate herself from Jelena, her former boyfriend Nick Jonas sounds like he might be trying to win her back. Jonas revealed that he remains close to Gomez, gushing about her intelligence, according to Seventeen magazine.

Nick and Selena have put any type of uncomfortable post-split awkwardness in the past, and Jonas shared that they are now so close that he listened to her Revival album in advance. He also complimented her singles.
"Selena has been incredibly, incredibly smart," praised Nick. "She played me Revival maybe six months before it came out and I knew, like, this is excellent. I was such a fan of 'Good for You' and 'Hands to Myself.'"
The relationship isn't one-sided. Selena revealed that she still loves Jonas as well, recalling how their "puppy love" felt and admitting that it has blossomed into something more meaningful that lingers even today.
"That, to me, was like puppy love. It was very sweet. He's lovely. I do have a love for him for sure."
Jonas also shared that he's proud of the rest of his pals from their Disney days.
"If you want to talk about that sort of graduating class of 2008, I'm really proud – it's a really good group," boasted Nick. "Regardless of some of the history between us [Nick, Selena, Demi, Miley Cyrus] in different ways, there's a general strength and empowerment that we all feel, still being in the mix and being in a good spot. It's a cool thing."
