Are Hailey Baldwin and Drake dating? That's what fans have been asking since Baldwin and Drake's recent dinner date. But their relationship is a little complicated. The reason? Baldwin still has feelings for Justin Bieber.

A source told E! News that "nothing is going on romantically" between Baldwin and Drake and that Baldwin is "still very much in love with Bieber." Another source added that Baldwin and Drake are just "very good friends" and weren't "romantic" during their date.

Baldwin and Bieber first sparked dating rumors when they posted PDA photos over New Year's. Relationship rumors swirled for months, but Baldwin said that they weren't "an exclusive couple."

Meanwhile, rumors were swirling that Bieber wouldn't commit to Baldwin or Kourtney Kardashian because he wasn't over Selena Gomez. Bieber told GQ, though, that he wasn't ready to commit to a serious relationship. He didn't want to "damage" Baldwin and he was too busy for a serious relationship.

Baldwin and Bieber split around March. "Bieber and Hailey are still close friends, but he is on tour and extremely busy now, so they have not seen each other that much. Bieber and Hailey love each other but have a good understanding where they both stand at the moment," a source told E! News.

Drake and Hailey Baldwin have grown very close lately.

Baldwin seemed to move on from Bieber when she was seen looking  "cozy" and "affectionate" with Drake at his Memorial Day party. They were then seen on a date at Ysabel restaurant and The Nice Guy. Bieber was also spotted grabbing dinner with Nicola Peltz, sparking rumors they were dating.

Now Baldwin is starting to give up hope. "[Hailey] always has been such a good friend to him and she feels disrespected by many things he has done lately. She was very upset about the date that he just went on with Nicola," a source told E! News. "Hailey wants to be with Justin, but he is just always back and forth with her and that drives her mad."
