HAILEY Baldwin set tongues wagging when she flashed a sparkling rock on her engagement finger while out and about with Justin Bieber last night.
The former flames have been inseparable after reconciling earlier this month, and Hailey's diamond ring will no doubt fuel speculation their romance is very much back on.

The pair looked in high spirits as they enjoyed a low-key dinner at Cecconi's in Brooklyn, shortly after returning from their church function break in Miami.
Justin looked in his element as he wrapped his arm around the beauty on their way out of the restaurant.
Hailey, who opted for a cool date night style in a white crop top, skinny jeans and a denim jacket, made no attempt to hide the bling on her finger as they left the eatery.
The blonde had been a lot more coy about her ring earlier that morning as she hid the majority of her hand beneath an over-sized jacket.

She did however expose a glimpse of the sparkler as she larked around with the Sorry hitmaker on a city street.
Earlier this year she was said to be dating pop singer Shawn Mendes and was even spotted at a VIP fashion party in London wearing what looked like an engagement ring.
Hailey's not the first of Justin's exes who he has chosen to get back together with.
The singer - who is worth £175million - delighted fans by reconciling in October 2017 after Selena's kidney transplant.
