It sounds like Gomez is not too fond of the disapproval she has been getting from her relatives, especially her own mother!
Ever since she reunited with ex Justin Bieber, her family life has been a complete chaos.
Although they are all just worried that Bieber will end up breaking her heart again, Selena surely does not appreciate their controlling ways.
That being said, even though she is set to spend the holidays with them this year, she is ready to use that time to prove just how wrong they are about Justin.
'Selena and Justin are going to spend Christmas apart, but they are planning to be together in the new year. Selena gets why her mother has so many reservations about her seeing Justin again, but she still wishes Mandy would just trust her judgment and give him a break. She is upset, but totally not fazed by her family's disapproval, if anything it makes her even more determined to make it work with Justin just to prove them wrong,' our insider said, adding that Selena is really stubborn.
Aside from that, she believes that at 25 she definitely knows what's best for her.
Bieber makes her so happy, and she is convinced he's the one!
