Lawsuit over Bieber's testicles could end soon

The lawsuit sparked by Justin Bieber's testicles could come to an end soon.

Kelly Lombardo allegedly accessed Bieber's medical files after hearing rumors he was admitted to Northwell Health on Long Island for an STD instead of a testicle injury sustained while playing soccer and was subsequently fired. Lombardo filed a wrongful-termination claim with the New York Division of Human Rights, claiming she was fired for being a woman.

According to documents exclusively obtained by Page Six, Paul Yechout, an attorney for Optum 360, the company of the employee who raised the accusations against Lombardo, claimed she was violating HIPAA and being an "immoral employee." Yechout also claimed Lombardo was "subjecting [Optum 360] to thinly veiled threats of a complaint in court for the sole purposes of creating adverse publicity and trying to extract a settlement…" the documents state.

However, Yechout "refused to submit a sworn affidavit." Additionally, there has been "no evidence of any kind has been offered" to refute Lombardo's claims. The documents state that Yechout's methods were "to scare Kelly, and Kelly's attorneys, into not filing complaints of discrimination/retaliation."

Lombardo is requesting a probable cause determination in her favor.
