While Gomez only follows 314 people on Instagram, she is by far the most followed person with 129million — only Instagram's own account has more.
Bieber is not too far behind her in ninth position with 94million followers, making him the most followed male musician in the world.
The Weeknd and Bella are a good bit behind — and have very similar numbers of follows — with around 15million a piece.

Incidentally of the mere 256 people Bella follows, The Weeknd is not one of them — but a Weeknd fan account is.
The Weeknd and Bella began dating in early 2015 and split exactly one year ago.
In January he moved on to Selena — shortly after her most recent break-up with Justin — although that relationship had fizzled by October.
