You can't blame these A-list celebs for choosing to try and hide behind a disguise; in fact, I'm amazed it's not done more often, with all the money they have.
I don't think this disguise is too bad, I like a 70s throwback, but why didn't he cover up his giveaway neck tat? Come on, Biebs - follow through!
Maybe it was a bit of fun or even a dare, who knows. Regardless, he is the Biebs.
