The 22-year old appeared to be in high spirits on the day, and he offered onlookers a beaming grin while taking in the sights.
The previous day a fan snapped the pair locked in an embrace as they took a stroll through Tokyo shortly after arriving in the Japanese capital.
Bieber is currently visiting Japan ahead of two concerts at the Makuhari Messe in Chiba on August 13 and 14 as part of his mammoth Purpose world tour.

Following his trip to the Far East the singer will take in shows across mainland Europe, Scotland and England - where the tour is expected to end with a final show at London's O2 Arena on November 29.
Bieber and Sofia previously spent time together in California after the singer was joined by a number of beautiful models while renting out a $4,000-a-night mansion in Hawaii last week.
There, the Sorry singer went skinny dipping with Australian model Sahara Ray,initially rumored to be his new girlfriend, before returning to Los Angeles and catching up with Sofia and friends.
