Justin Bieber has a new furry friend. The Canadian pop singer took to Instagram to share his cute "new little fluff ball Todd" with Beliebers.

Wearing a hat repping the Purpose Tour -- which ended in July at New York's Madison Square Garden -- the artist cuddled his new puppy Todd, leaving fans with only heart-eye emojis.
