Not your usual Hawaiian timeshare. Pop singer Justin Bieber plans to rent this Big Island home for two weeks this summer

Say what you want about Justin Bieber's music, but the 22-year-old singer knows how to party.

Celebrity-gawking Web site TMZ reported Aug. 3 that the pop star is renting a $6.8 million home at Ninole on the eastern end of the Big Island of Hawaii for two weeks, at $10,000 a night, though likely that doesn't include the party supplies and the helicopter to airlift the beautiful people to the island.

Bieber certainly can afford it. The Canadian musician has made $56 million so far in 2016, according to Forbes magazine, placing him at 26th on the list of the 100 top-grossing celebrities, behind former Beatle Paul MCartney at No. 25 and country rocker Kenny Chesney at 26. Bieber, whose song "Love Yourself" hit No.1 on Billboard Magazine this year in February has a reported net worth of $232 million, according to Money Nation.

The gated, five-bedroom, 10-bathroom home at 32-1056 Old Mamalahoa Hwy on Ha'lku Point looks like the love-child between the Brutalist monsters of the Boston City Hall and the J. Edgar Hoover FBI Building in Washington, D.C., but the four-story concrete property, built in 2011 and designed by Scott Watson Development, is definitely parked on some beautiful real estate.

Set on a breathtaking cliff along the Hamakua Coast, this former macadamia nut plantation has been transformed into a jaw-dropping, 9.44-acre estate with unparalleled amenities and never-ending views of the Pacific," according to Concierge Auctions, whose Web site features the property. "This is a home for big living — for plunging off the high dive, hitting a hole in one, listening to the rush of waterfalls, and spectacular whale watching from your bedroom."

According to TMZ and real estate web sites, the 8,100 square-foot house has a high dive, a two-story water slide that leads to a 25-meter Olympic sized-infinity pool with three swimming lanes, an Olympic diving board and starter blocks. It also comes with several ATVs and a basketball and tennis court that can seat 450 spectators.

NBC snags 'Harry Potter' movies in massive deal

NBCUniversal has struck a large deal with Warner Bros. to acquire television rights to all eight "Harry Potter" films and the much-anticipated upcoming "Fantastic Beasts" franchise from Potter author J.K. Rowling.

Pinnacle List, which says it is offering the listing, notes the home's floor-to-ceiling windows on all sides give it a panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean. It also comes with a 4-car garage, a pool table, grand piano, a 52-inch wide pneumatic elevator, a private chef and a rooftop helipad, and it's a short walk to a stunning natural waterfall, a golf course and the beach.

Despite the natural beauty of the home, it actually sold at a discount recently. The home sold in January of this year for $6.8 million, down from an earlier listing price of $8.2 million. It was also listed for $26.5 million in August 2013, according to Realtor.com (Realtor.com is owned by News Corp., which also owns MarketWatch.com).
