Justin Bieber's Dog Esther Wins the 'Coolest Dog Award'

Justin Bieber beats the heat in shorts and a tank top while picking up some food at Ralph's restaurant on Monday afternoon (July 25) in West Hollywood, Calif.

The 22-year-old entertainer also stopped by the Voda Spa with a bodyguard that day.

"@estherthecutie wins coolest dog award," Justin captioned an Instagram video of his dog Esther that day, which you can watch below.
