The Biebs' revelation reportedly comes as his "Purpose" tour, which kicked off March 9, has begun to wear on the 22-year-old singer.
Bieber raised eyebrows earlier this week when he traipsed barefoot through Boston, where he was scheduled to perform two shows. Onlookers documented his bizarre Beantown behavior, which included playing with a squirrel, sitting in a tree, and lying flat on his back in a park.

He later declared in a lengthy Instagram post that he was "done taking pictures" because the constant gawking made him "feel like a zoo animal."
Earlier this month, Bieber also dissolved into tears onstage at a Philadelphia show, tattooed a tiny cross on his face, and was reportedly sued for $100,000 after allegedly smashing someone's cell phone at a club.
And two months ago, he posted a photo of himself and Kanye West praying together backstage — days after abruptly canceling all future fan meet-and-greets because they were making him "emotionally exhausted to the point of depression."
