Mason Ramsey just signed a record deal and released his first offical non-meme single.
10-year-old Mason Ramsey has only been known to the internet since the start of April, but he's already done so much. The "Walmart Yodelling" kid first rose to prominence after singing Hank Williams Sr's "Lovesick Blues", but has since taken his act on the road in what has likely been the busiest April of his life.
Mason has been on Ellen, sang at his own Walmart concert, performed at Coachella, performed at the Opry, talked to Justin Bieber, and now he has a new single out called "Famous".
Mason's original Walmart performance got the EDM treatment dozens of times, but it looks like Mason is sticking to his country roots for his first ever official single.

Who knew a 10-year-old could sing about love so convincingly. We're sold.
This week, Mason signed deal with Atlantic Records (who also have Cash Me Outside/Bhad Bhabie on their roster). There's no word on when fans of the young icon will be able to hear a full LP from the star, but it's only a matter of time. The yodel king already has 1.7 million Instagram followers after only a month of fame.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but this has got to be the fastest anyone has ever gone from meme to major label artist. We have decided to stan.
