Note to Justin Bieber, you better learn the words to your Spanish-language song 'Despacito'. And fast!
As Beliebers everywhere will probably remember, the Canadian popstar recently ran into some trouble on his 'Purpose World Tour' when he flubbed the words to the track, adding in 'blah blah blah' instead of the actual lyrics.
Justin subsequently made the wise decision to retire 'Despacito' from his setlist, but his fans just aren't having it.
In an awkward moment caught on video, Bieber tries to reason with fans at Sweden's Summerburst Music Festival that he can't sing 'Despacito' primarily because he can never remember the words.
"I can't do 'Despacito.' I don't even know it," he calmly tries to explain.
Not good enough! Seconds later, Justin's cat-like reflexes are on point as he impressively dodges a bottle thrown directly at his head (presumably) by a 'Despacito' super-fan.
Keeping his cool, Justin firmly demanded: "Don't throw things at me, please!"
Our boy is growing up! Why only a few years ago, Justin would have stormed off-stage or spent five minutes lecturing the crowd for much lighter offences.
For those keeping score, Justin didn't give into pressure to perform 'Despacito' after the near-bottling and likely won't again when he takes to the stage on Thursday in Berne, Switzerland. So keep your bottles in hand, Beliebers.
