It's expected that international pop star Justin Bieber's live performance at Navi Mumbai's D Y Patil Stadium on Sunday will be attended by almost 45,000 people, according to police.
Police have made extensive traffic control, security, emergency and disaster management plans with drone cameras sending live feeds to a control room.
Almost 25 police officers and 500 police personnel will be deployed for security and emergency disaster management purposes.
The police personnel have been deployed at various entry and exit gates, as well as at the event.
While the organisers have engaged private security agencies for crowd management and ticket checking , the main job of police is to provide overall security and act swiftly in case of a disaster.
During the show, plain-clothes police personnel will also be keeping an eye on proceedings.
POLICE CONTROL ROOM
A Police Control Room will be set up at the venue, which will be monitored by CCTV Cameras.
A public announcement system will be provided to the control room for emergency announcements.
The entire venue will be checked by a Bomb Detection and Disposal Squad prior to the event, and will be under the close scrutiny of drone cameras which will send live feeds to control room panels.
Organisers will provide parking facilities at various places for almost 15,000 vehicles, as instructed by police.
They'll be also provide shuttle services from parking places to the concert venue.
Navi Mumbai Traffic Police have deployed more than 100 personnel for traffic management.
