The Biebs was recently snapped skipping his own concert after party in Rio (where over 700 paying guests were waiting to see him) with a gal who we haven't met before.
Sure, we recognise her (I mean, she looks a helluva lot like Selena Gomez, non?), but we still had NFI who the lady in question actually is.

Of course, Beliebers weren't here for any random 'fling' and made a point of posting some mean comments on Luciana's insta, such as "Before the concert you only have 8K followers ¿WTF? Just stealing justin's fame" and, some less elaborate ones like, "can't believe you fked justin" and, "fk you".
