#Justin Bieber is dirtier than you think. Biebs has a distinctive odor about him, one that he has also left behind in a $20 million mansion he recently leased while on vacation earlier this month in Austraila. Radar Online reports that Bieber recently left the country and his landlord with an unfavorable impression of the 23-year-old singer.

The landlord spoke with the Sydney Morning Herald revealing that his luxury home was rank and nasty due to excessive partying after Bieber's recent stay. The entire mansion is said to reek of stale weed smoke and will have to be professionally cleaned and de-odorized according to owner Cameron MacDonald.
A source close to the situation stated that the house "smelled like a Nibin boarding house," which according to RO is a reference to the stench of marijuana, which is illegal in the country. It is also claimed that the smell damaged a lot of the mansion's very expensive furnishings that Bieber has already forked over around $30,000 to replace.

Not only was the owner upset by Bieber's stay, the surrounding neighbors were also left ticked off by the singer's parties and were forced to call the police on more than one occasion with complaints of noise and groups of annoying fans hanging outside hoping to meet the idol. At only 23, Bieber is already notorious for his bad boy party ways and love of beautiful women, especially 37-year-old Kourtney Kardashian.
Kardashian has been spotted on numerous occasions with the much younger Bieber. It has even been rumored that the two have been sharing a lot of overnight visits and even have matching toothbrushes at each other's homes. Kardashian fans believe one of two things could be going on with Kourtney K. these days. One, she could be going through a mid-life crisis of sorts, or two, she has opted to followin mama Kris Jenner's footsteps in attempting to retain her youth via the "cougar path."

While Justin may be living every young man's dreams these days, Kardashian followers can't help but raise an eyebrow over Kourtney's recent behavior. However, there could be a major upside for the Kardashian/Jenner family. If the E! reality series views are as low as stated, the tanking viewership could be saved by a Kourtney/Justin love affair, meaning major bucks for all involved.
