Justin Bieber has wrapped up his Purpose tour in Australia and New Zealand, so the 23-year-old is taking a little "me time". But don't expect him to be happy about it.
On Monday, the 'Love Yourself' singer took a Shotover jet ride in Queenstown, New Zealand, but judging by the photos, the thrill might have been a wee bit much for him.
Joined by Dutch mate DJ Martin Garrix, Justin kept that famous grin hidden from the cameras as the boat zipped through Shotover River. He donned the requisite clear safety glasses and puffy red life vest. Clearly, they were a far cry from his typical stylish threads. And if we're being honest, they would have made us frown, too!

These boats reportedly hit speeds of up to 85 kilometres an hour, which could explain his stony expression. And if you're wondering, he did appear to heed the warnings to keep his hands and feet inside the vessel for the duration of the trip.
The Biebs isn't the first star to take a ride: In 2014, Prince William and Duchess Kate Middleton were all smiles. Sir Ian McKellen and Ed Sheeran have also enjoyed the high speeds.
Grammy-winning Bieber has certainly kept busy over the past few weeks. While in Australia, he partied at Sir Richard Branson's ultra-luxe Makepeace Island resort.
There was also the time he made a glorious Macca's run in Sydney, where he talked tattoos with the local kids, and even the unfortunate run-in with a selfie-seeking fan in Melbourne.
Oh, and apparently, he even shapeshifted into a lizard? Yeah, we'll just leave that here.
