Justin apparently jabbed Kevin Ramirez in the face this week after the fan reached into his car, seemingly trying to touch the star.
As the car drove away, Ramirez grabbed his face in complete shock before revealing what looks like blood gushing from his lip.

Talking about the incident, Rita said: "I'm not speaking for anybody, but knowing him and his incredible background, I know how it feels to be uncomfortable and scared.
She continued telling The Metro: "I feel like anyone who had a hand in their face is going to protect themselves."
The star also insisted that the 22-year-old's reaction to the excitable fan was natural, and was a way of defending himself from an apparent threat.
She claimed that there were definitely moments in her own career where fans "cross over the boundary".
Ramirez spoke to Spanish journalist Julia Otero about the incident after it happened.
He said: "I didn't think for one moment Justin was going to punch me.
"He had been in the airport the day before talking with fans and I assumed he was happy to get close to us.

"When I saw him I took the opportunity to put my hand through his car window and touch his shoulder and face in true 'affectionate fan wants to touch his idol' style.
"His car had stopped before he went by and he had seen us. He knew there were no barriers and he knew we were going to go up to him. He could have brushed my hand away, anything apart from such an aggressive punch.
"I was left in a state of total shock. I couldn't believe what he did."
