The chilly winter season is not always the most fruitful when it comes to fashion.
But Justin Bieber turned that concept on its head after he won plenty of stares as he left the I Am Bolt party in London on Monday.
Clad in an adventurously fashion forward ensemble, the star turned heads with not just his ensemble but expressive face as he joined a host of stars - including Liam Payne - at the bash.

The Sorry singer looked like the Lord Of The Gnomes as he stepped out in a green winter jacket, shirt, trousers and black leather shoes.
But it was his wonderful oversized beanie hat and glasses combo that really pushed his fashion mode into the realms of the extraordinary.
The pugnacious pop pixie, who caused a stir last week after he 'punched' a fan in Barcelona, avoided further trouble in the English capital as he was flanked by beefy minders.
