It would seem the UK leg of his Purpose Tour has its ups and downs. The Canadian singer recently appeared to have a meltdown of sorts while in Birmingham. The screams of his adoring English fans were apparently too much for him. Hence, his appeal for them to shriek only at intervals in order to allow him to speak.

Perhaps in an attempt to make amends for his recent outburst, Justin Bieber presented his English fans with a surprise. Indeed, it was no ordinary treat for any Belieber. Thus, the excitement it created. The Canadian singer made a pit stop at a local nightclub called Tiger Tiger in Manchester last October 25.

According to Idolator, Justin picked up the aux cord and began to sing his new song. Of course this prompted everyone present to bring out their phones and start recording the Biebs as he sang. The lyrics Close to You stood out as he sang amidst the cheers of the crowd in the club. The rest of the lyrics are harder to make out. From the clip, Teen Vogue posited the Justin Bieber new song is a ballad. Yet it also has a major beat drop, the publication wrote.

Prior to this latest musical preview, the artist recently came out with a single titled Cold Water. The single was a collaboration with Major Lazer, which happens to be an American electronic music band. Its members include Diplo, Jillionaire and Walshy Fire. Their work certainly had a reggae vibe owing to the group's reputation.
