Justin Bieber isn't competing in Rio 2016, but thanks to the rap duo, These White Kids, he's making a splash like 'Michael Phelps!' Biebs gets wet and wild in TWK's new video while throwing an outrageous pool party. Click to watch.

"Why can't we know someone famous who has a pool," BB The Jerk asks at the start of the video, before his rap bud, ATM clues him into the hottest (and wettest) party of the summer. "There's a pool party a Bieber's," he says. Next thing, there's Justin, 22, floating along in the water while babes in bikinis bounce around to the scorching new track. There are high dives, water slides and even a cameo by Brazilian soccer star, Neymar, 24!

The one person not at this party was Michael Phelps, 31, but he was in everyone's mind – especially when ATM hit the song's hooks. "I'm swimming / swimming / Michael Phelps." Plus, when BB drops his verse, he says he has "gold chains like" the most decorated Olympian in history. Maybe this new beat will help motivate Michael to bring home the gold while he's down in Brazil for the 2016 Olympics?

More importantly — how did two relatively unknown rappers land a major video shoot in literally Justin Bieber's back yard? Well, the Biebs recently ran into BB, according to TMZ, and it turns out that Justin's a big fan of their YouTube videos! Nice. BB let Justin know that they have a new song called "Michael Phelps," and faster than it takes the actual Michael to swim the 100m butterfly, they had a video camera. Boom.

Is this the massive party that Justin was talking about on Instagram on June 3? The "Let Me Love You" singer uploaded a pic of his pool, completely trashed while an unknown stranger (possibly Justin himself?) floated along on a pizza raft. "Can anyone tell me what happened last night?" Justin asked. Looks like we might have our answers. We also have a new jam for the 2016 Olympics, especially when he goes for his 19th gold medal!
