Justin Bieber, 22, seemingly confirmed his relationship with Sofia Richie while defending the famous socialite from criticism on his Instagram. Fans (and haters) have been going ham on JB's potential new girlfriend and the "Sorry" singer is having none of it.

In fact, he's threatening to make his accounts private.
After uploading a spate of black-and-white pics of him and Sofia — the 17-year-old daughter of singer Lionel Richie and sister of Nicole Richie — hanging out together in a car, the native Canadian went off on commenters.

"I'm gonna make my Instagram private if you guys don't stop the hate," he warned in a caption. "This is getting out of hand, if you guys are really fans you wouldn't be so mean to people that I like."
Commenters are even going as far as to compare Sofia to Bieber's ex-girlfriend, Selena Gomez.

Apart from flaunting their relaysh on social media, the two have also recently been spotted holding hands in Tokyo, where the Biebs is set to perform on his Purpose tour. Sofia turns 18 later this month.
