We previously introduced Austin Crute when the newly-minted crooner dropped off his Deutchsland project, a five track effort that persistently bended genres throughout its tracklisting. At the end of Deutchsland, listeners were given the track "Signs," a much more pop-influenced cut to close out the EP.

Now Crute has taken the song and given it a well-received facelift for his latest offering. While still anchored down by a piano in the backdrop, the introduction of a few more percussive elements works to complement Austin's vocals in a way we din't know we were missing the first time around.
This is only the first in a string of releases that the Atlanta-bred singer has planned for the year as he ushers in a new chapter after a brief period of silence on the musical side of things.
"Every month I'm going to release a single that show as a different facet of who I am," Crute says. "Ultimately unlocking more and more keys as to what the hell's going on in this mind of mine."
Previously showing off his acting skills most notably as the Black Justin Bieber on Donald Glover's Atlanta series, Austin will be popping up on our screens yet again as he is set to appear on the upcoming season of Orange Is The New Black.
For now, get acquainted with Austin Crute via "Signs."
Quotable Lyrics:
What will I do if I trip and fall
If I lose my way, will I lose it all
There's a fork in the road where I'm standing
Would a little direction be a prayer worth granting
