Selena Gomez has always been open and honest about seeking treatment for her mental health issues. Back in 2014, she first sought help at Arizona's Dawn at the Meadows treatment center. Then, in 2016, she canceled the last 34 dates of her Revival tour and checked into a facility in Tennessee to get help with her anxiety and depression.
Now, Gomez is fresh off of a two-week stint in the Prive-Swiss wellness program, and the singer is happy and feels great.
Prive-Swiss is a luxury facility in Connecticut, and it designs its wellness program for people who need a break from high profile lifestyles. A 30-day stay reportedly costs around $120,000.
Last spring, Gomez revealed her struggles in an interview with Vogue, saying, "My self-esteem was shot. I was depressed, anxious. I started to have panic attacks right before getting onstage, or right after. Basically, I felt I wasn't good enough, wasn't capable."

The Wizards of Waverly Place star went on to say that more people should talk about therapy. She explained that girls learn to be too resilient, strong, sexy, and cool. She thinks they need to be allowed to fall apart.
Gomez participated in a Prive-Swiss program that offered restoration, relaxation, and an overall "recharge." It also included therapy with a clinical psychologist, fitness classes with Pilates, life coaching, nutrition help, and meditation.
The program allowed Gomez to integrate her outside life, letting her leave so she could work in New York City during her two-week stay.
The 25-year-old voluntarily checked herself into the treatment facility, again looking for help with anxiety and depression. After her therapy ended, she went home to California and spent some time with girlfriends last week – indulging in some laughs and Mexican food.
Eyewitnesses say that Gomez appeared to be in a great mood, and she and her friends danced a little bit at their table to the music.
In recent months, Gomez has been in the spotlight for multiple reasons, including undergoing a kidney transplant, reuniting with her ex-boyfriend Justin Bieber, and appearing in the newest Woody Allen film A Rainy Day in New York.
Bieber and Gomez have also gone to counseling since getting back together, reportedly because of his contact with Hailey Baldwin.
It seems their therapy sessions helped a lot and Gomez has "chilled out" about her man's ex, which means she isn't worried about a possible run-in at the upcoming iHeart Awards.

For Selena Gomez, the past is the past, and there is no bad blood between the two. She has worked through her issues, and an awkward encounter is not a worry for the former Disney star.
