Slush, snow, and freezing temps? Justin Bieber doesn't know them—because he's currently enjoying a blissful vacation in the Maldives. That is, if his social media posts are any indication. Yesterday, he tweeted: "In paradise" and Instagrammed a photo of himself hugging a palm tree with the caption "Now I know what love is."
His mother, Pattie Mallette, is also on the trip, and has been sharing scenic shots of their seriously sweet tropical digs on her feed. By the looks of it, the two are staying in an overwater bungalow that even includes an outdoor bathtub—which explains why most of her shots are accompanied by #vacationmode and #happyplace.
Although the Maldives has been an "it" location for quite some time now, Justin Bieber and his mom are actually examples of a larger trend.
