A new story claiming Selena Gomez "isn't worried" about Justin Bieber's "past flings," including his hookups with Kourtney Kardashian, is simply made-up. Gossip Cop is assured no one in Gomez's camp told that to HollywoodLife, a site that has been repeatedly caught manufacturing fake news about the two young stars. One of our insiders calls the website's report "nonsense."
In its latest concocted tale, HollywoodLies, as it's often nicknamed, maintains that Bieber's "long history of flings and hook-ups" don't bother Gomez because she trusts him. The often discredited outlet alleges that a "source close to the couple" tells the site, "Selena knows all about the other girls that Justin has been with in the past," but adds that she "isn't at all worried about him reverting back to his old ways." The same seemingly made-up "insider" reasons that Gomez isn't concerned about Bieber's behavior because he "came back to her after all the time they've spent away from each other."
Right, but the argument would have been stronger if Bieber hadn't been spotted with and linked to an astronomical number of other women after they split up. It just happened to be that Bieber was not involved with anyone when Gomez and The Weeknd broke up. HollywoodLies then writes that "when they were separated for the Thanksgiving holidays… it gave Justin time to understand just how passionate he is" for Gomez. Of course, it's hard to believe the blog legitimately came to that information since it's the same site that claimed it had sources "close" to the young couple when it published a string of 100 percent wrong articles about Bieber and Gomez spending Thanksgiving together.
In an effort to lend credence to its premise about how the singer and actress "isn't worried" about her on-and-off again ex, the outlet quotes Gomez's new Billboard cover story in which she notes Bieber is back in her life because "I cherish people who have really impacted my life." However, she adds the same sentiment goes for Miley Cyrus, Joe Jonas, and Demo Lovato, with whom she "grew up." It's actually hilarious that the site would quote that cover story since Gomez called HollywoodLife "the worst" in Billboardjust a couple of years ago because of its penchant for fabricating stories about her.
Notwithstanding the irony, Gossip Cop still fact-checked the latest claim about how Gomez "isn't worried" about Bieber's "past flings." One of our impeccable sources, who has shot down nearly a dozen of HollywoodLies' bogus articles about Bieber and Gomez over the past two weeks, assures us this new story is also "nonsense." We're not only told Gomez has gone into her rekindle relationship with Bieber with two wide-open eyes, but we're also guaranteed no one in her inner circle is leaking anything to that blog.
Selena Gomez isn't worried about Justin Bieber's past flings or hookups with exes like Kourtney Kardashian.
