Selena Gomez and her mum Mandy have made their row public by unfollowing each other on Instagram.

Their disagreement over Selena rekindling her romance with Justin Bieber has gone next level as the pair have unfollowed each other on the social media site, letting their followers know there is bad blood.

Fans spotted that there's no longer a link between Selena, 25, and her mum, known as kicked2thecurbproductions, which comes after the pair supposedly had an almighty row about her relationship.

The row is said to have left Mandy needing a hospital check up after things got tense as she allegedly does not support her daughter's decision to reignite the relationship.

TMZ have claimed that LAPD were called to a 'hotel last week to do a welfare check on Selena's mom, Mandy Teefey, at a family member's request' after she 'flipped' when she realised that Selena and Justin's relationship was serious.

It's been reported she was taken to a hospital to be checked out, but it was voluntary.

Selena reportedly told family she and Justin were in couple's therapy, but her family had not forgiven Bieber for how he previously treated Selena.

In contrast, Justin's family are apparently over the moon about their son's romance with his mother, Pattie Mallette, recently speaking of the 'special bond' between her and Selena.

Sources also admitted that 'his parents love Selena' and that they are 'happy with how Justin is doing and his focus'.

'They support him going to church often and having his faith being such a big part of his life.'
