Did Selena Gomez Really Walk Out During A Date With Justin Bieber?

Trouble in paradise? Not quite.

Perpetually on again/off again lovebirds Selena Gomez and Justin Bieberreconciled earlier this year following Selena's split from The Weeknd, and things seemed to be going pretty well between them (they were even photographed kissing in public).

So why did Selena recently walk out during a date with her beau? According to E! News, Justin and Selena flew to Seattle over the weekend and paid a visit to the Sugar Factory, even sharing one drink with two straws (so you know it's real). At one point, Selena seemingly walked out in the middle of their date, but Jelena haters shouldn't get too excited; the "Bad Liar" singer was simply trying to avoid getting mobbed by fans.

An anonymous source told E! that Justin began dancing in the store, and once his moves started to attract onlookers, Selena quietly dipped out before the situation could get worse. And before you rush to label Bieber a bad boyfriend, it should be noted that he reportedly left soon after Selena did.

Still, not everyone is loving the fact that Selena and Justin are a thing again: though Justin's mom recently raved about Selena, Selena's family seems to be very anti-Bieber, so much so that they've reportedly decided not to invite him to any of their holiday gatherings this year.

Said People's source, "Justin's family always loved Selena, but Selena's family is still not happy about her seeing Justin. Selena doesn't bring Justin to any family events. Selena is spending Christmas with her family. As of now, Justin is not invited."
