If you haven't heard the song "Despacito" by Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee, you have probably been living under a rock for a couple of months.

If you haven't heard the "Despacito" remix with Justin Bieber, you have DEFINITELY been living under a rock for a couple of months.

Fonsi and Yankee's hit seems to be playing on every single radio station every single hour of the day. Other than lining the pockets of Fonsi, Yankee and Bieber, the success of "Despacito" has also been a huge help to Puerto Rico's economy.
According to Un Nuevo Dia, the song's success has increased travel to Puerto Rico by 45% since the song was released around the world. This could be for a few reasons:
- It's summer time and Puerto Rico sounds like a fantastic place to go right now
- The song includes this lyric: "this is how we do it down in Puerto Rico"
- Justin Bieber is really famous and popular
- People are strange
Since so many people are going to Puerto Rico partially due to the song's success, places seen in the song's music video are being included on tours of the island:
"Tour operators in Puerto Rico had to incorporate in their tours some of the areas and locales that served as the stage for the audiovisual production of the single," according to Un Nuevo Dia.
This is getting a little ridiculous. Here's how Luis Fonsi reacted to the news about his song on Instagram:
Some people have just a little too much time and money on their hands.
