Newsflash: Punching Justin Bieber in the gob probably isn't the wisest idea that anyone's ever had, and the guy who got into a fight with him last week is now starting to regret it a bit. Funny that.
Lamont Richmond, who became famous for being Biebs' brawling partner when he knocked him to the ground last week, is now hoping to arrange a face to face meeting with Justin to try and sort things out, in the hope that he won't go on to sue him for a couple of million.
According to TMZ, Lamont sent a letter to Justin's people following the fisticuffs outside a hotel, requesting a face-to-face chat with the Biebs and to take full responsibility for all the punch-throwing that went down between 'em.
Lamont (who's 6'5, FYI) told the site that he hopes the one-on-one talk could help 'help seek a resolution' between both sides so they can avoid a messy lawsuit over the incident.
He added that he's received a whole load of death threats from Beliebers since it all kicked off, and even lost his job after the video of the fight outside the Westin Hotel spread across the whole of the internet.
So let that be a lesson to us all. If you're ever thinking about whacking Justin Bieber around the chops, it's probably best to just take a few deep breaths and go and make a cuppa instead.
