Are Justin Bieber and Nicola Peltz dating, hooking up or something in between? That's what fans are asking after Bieber flew Peltz to his concert!

Sources told Hollywood Life that Bieber, 22 and Peltz, 21, are "definitely dating and it's really heating up." All of Bieber's friends like Peltz and Bieber is reportedly "totally infatuated with her."

In fact, Bieber reportedly flew Peltz all the way to Canada so that she could see his show and they could take a romantic vacation together. This came after Bieber and Peltz went on a dinner date at Mastro's Steakhouse in Beverly Hills back in May.

Sources say he is completely smitten. Many insiders said he didn't want to commit to Kourtney Kardashian and Hailey Baldwin because he wasn't over Selena Gomez. But this time it seems to be different.

"Justin has a crush on Nicola and really enjoyed the date with her the other night," a source told E! News. "He wants to settle down and have a relationship. He feels like something steady would be good for him. He did ask her out again and they are planning on seeing each other again soon. He likes that she comes from a good family and is a chill chick."

Justin Bieber and Nicola Peltz have faced dating rumors for weeks.

That's a big change of heart for Bieber, who recently said he didn't want to get serious.

"I don't want to put anyone in a position where they feel like I'm only theirs, only to be hurt in the end. Right now in my life, I don't want to be held down by anything. I already have a lot that I have to commit to. A lot of responsibilities. I don't want to feel like the girl I love is an added responsibility," Bieber explained to GQ.
