Justin Bieber falls off stage, again.  Biebs is on his sixth show on his tour and it only gets better… or not.

For the second time, Bieber is in for his second concert mishap as he falls off the stage in Saskatoon, Canada while performing.  He was strolling past the end of the walkway while adjusting his pants then the fall happened.

Most fans know that the pop star is active in using his social media but there was no mention about the incident by the Biebs.  Still, the internet got some videos posted by the fans about what really happened.  Watch below.

JBiebs did not fail his fans after all.  In response to his concert mishap video, he then tweeted:

"I'm a cat. I got 9 lives. Lol.

Well, Justin knows how to poke fun at himself.  Apparently, the stage fall episode did not bring any injury to Bieber except for a bruised ego, being the fit and sporty young boy that he is.  Apart from that, he is totally fine.

It can be recalled that this fall follows a slip-up during a performance in Kansas City, Missouri.  He took an embarrassing tumble under the artificial rain while performing 'Sorry.'  He was not able to balance himself which he slipped and landed on his bum.

The Biebs may have the habit of falling.  Based on the manner of his falls, he may have to check on his sense of balance.  When the sense of balance is interrupted, it may cause dizziness, orientation and nausea.  For the 'Sorry' singer, it causes him to fall over when standing or moving especially during his dance routines.

Since J-Biebs is into work out programs, he may want to try different exercises for increased balanced such as exercises involving stability.  Stability exercise targets on movements that lower the risk of falls, engages in major muscle groups and helps tighten trouble zone.

To keep a steady feet, Justin may also want to try the following activities:

  • Stand on one leg.
  • Balance on a wobble board
  • Walk heel to toe.
  • Take tai chi lessons.

Justin may want to do those before his show starts.  Maybe he can avoid falls and slips up then.
