Is Justin Bieber dating Nicola Peltz? That's what fans are asking after photos of Bieber and the sexy Bates Motel actress on a date came out. So is Bieber finally ready for a serious relationship? Or are he and Peltz just hooking up?

Bieber, 22, and the gorgeous Transformers actress sparked dating rumors when they were seen on a date at Mastro's Steakhouse in Beverly Hills on Wednesday. The question is: Are they dating or just friends?

Bieber didn't seem like he was ready for a serious relationship. He never got over Selena Gomez and actually tried to get back together with her in March. Bieber posted a throwback photo of them, which Gomez liked. He also liked her bikini pic. Gomez wound up going to Bieber's concert. He had planned to recreate their Titanic date, but he never actually went through to it.

Though Bieber and Gomez split back in 2014, it's clear Bieber never actually got over his ex. She made it clear, though, that she wasn't getting back together with him. At least for now.

I already have a lot that I have to commit to. A lot of responsibilities. I don't want to feel like the girl I love is an added responsibility."
