Eight seconds of 'Ring The Bell' are allegedly sampled in 'Sorry', even though White Hinterland claims she asked Bieber not to use the excerpt.

White Hinterland is now seeking a financial payout and she is asking Bieber to stop playing the song live, as long as it contains this apparent 'Ring The Bell' sample.

Digital Spy has reached out to Justin Bieber and Skrillex's representatives for comment on the matter.
