Justin Bieber has been focusing on his faith a lot lately, and now we hear that he wants to even center his music around it! The singer seems to be an entirely different person since he turned to Christianity, leaving behind his past hard-partying and problematic behavior.
Considering his favorite activity now is to go to church, we are not that surprised 'Justin would like to do a faith-based film and also make an album that's fully focused on his love of God and something that would steer towards the gospel.'
The insider stressed that this is definitely not just a phase in his life and Bieber now thinks this is what he is meant to do.
'He wants to work with Kirk Franklin (gospel singer) and have an album about religion and focus most of his attention on his faith for his next career move. It's very important to him, it is as if it was a calling.'
On Easter this year, Justin took to social media to criticize the commercialization of the holiday.
'Jesus has changed my life. Easter isn't about a bunny. It is a reminder Jesus died on the cross for my sins and rose from the dead defeating death! Believe it happened and it changes everything! I'm set free from bondage and shame I'm a child of the most high God, and he loves me exactly where I am. How I am. For who I am.,' he wrote.
But even though Justin takes his religion very seriously, that does not mean he is not allowed to joke around a little.
Soon after, he returned to his account to share a selfie in which he was wearing bunny ears and glasses!
'Remember when i said easter isn't about bunnies…well, i lied,' he captioned the post.
