Frankly, everything Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber do together is important. If they're not going to confirm their relationship verbally, then, damn it, we're going to obsess over photos of them leaving Hot Pilates and fill in the blanks. Of course, Gomez and Bieber aren't required to divulge information about "what they are" to anyone (it's their business), but we're a culture that thrives on nostalgia, and something about them being an item again reminds us of a simpler time: before people were eating Tide Pods and Bieber had a swoop haircut. So if looking at photos of them making out after Bieber's sweaty hockey game helps us leave 2018 for a sec, who is the world to judge? We'll take whatever escape we can get at this point.
And this new video of Bieber and Gomez hanging poolside is helping us do just that—in more ways than one. For one, it's more evidence they're a couple, which will make anyone who watched Disney Channel between the years 2007 and 2011 very happy. Also, they're at a pool! In the sun! Where it's warm! Unless you're lucky enough to live in California or, I don't know, Australia, chances are you're probably cold right now, so this video will surely warm you up. Literally. I'd give anything to be in the beach chair next to Gomez and Bieber in this video—and not because I want to see them. I'm just so damn cold.
Check out the video for yourself, below. They also go for a stroll by the pool, too, where they no-doubt discussed the cultural significance of Gomez's movie Princess Protection Program.
It's rumored Gomez is attending Coach's runway show at New York Fashion Week on Tuesday (February 13). Both she and Bieber were spotted at the airport Sunday, so it's possible they're headed to the Big Apple for Valentine's Day. If they're hoping to sweat here, though—which is their favorite hobby together—they're out of luck. It's currently 43 degrees.
