Hot on the heels of Havana, the sultry, season-proof Latin smash that recently spent five weeks at No 1, comes a debut that could dominate 2018. The title speaks volumes. Before Havana turned the 20-year-old former member of the American girl group Fifth Harmony (think Little Mix minus the fun) from merely famous to near household name, the album was due to be titled The Hurting, the Healing, the Loving. Camila, by contrast, screams superstar. Named one of Time magazine's most influential teens of 2016, Cabello had several hits before Havana, none of which appear here.

Surprisingly, Camila isn't packed with Latin tracks, either, despite the singer being born in Cuba and resembling a young Shakira. The template for her debut…
