Mama approves! Justin Bieber's mother, Pattie Mallette, has nothing but praises for Selena Gomez and fans of the new couple could not be happier.
Mallette like the rest of world discovered that her son ran back to Gomez a few weeks ago.
Gomez and Mr. Bieber reunited just days after she dumped another Canadian crooner — The Weeknd.
However, unlike the rest of the planet, she has met Gomez on numerous occasions and has watched Bieber interact with her in private settings.
So, what does Mama Bieber think of her potential daughter-in-law?
This is what she told People Magazine: "I don't know so much about their personal relationship because he doesn't share a whole lot, but I love her."
She went on to say: "I support anything [he does] if he loves her, I love her, and I've met her, and we have a special bond, so I think she's precious. I can't really speak on their relationship, that's between them."
Mallette also talked about the importance of finding real love, especially in the entertainment industry.
She shared: "I think anyone with real love in their life is more grounded. I think there's so much confusion sometimes and façade in this Hollywood world, and so it's important for us to find the ones that truly care and stick with them."
A source close to the pair claimed the lovers have become inseparable and went on to say: "Selena came to a happy realization over the holidays that she does trust Justin now more than ever. She had no worries at all about leaving him alone for a few days, and it did not bother her one bit that he left on a guys trip to Canada."
The family friend concluded by: "Justin has grown, matured and Selena's experience with him this time around has been completely different. She has total faith in his loyalty and does not feel uncomfortable at all while he is traveling or on the road away from her. Selena checks in with him regularly and feels secure in their commitment to each other. This new level of trust feels great to Selena; she loves how strong their relationship is today."
