Justin Bieber Vows to Help California Wildfire Victims: 'Everything Is Going to Be OK'

Justin Bieber is putting his best foot forward to help those impacted by the multiple wildfires that raged through Southern California this week.

"I'm going to have a conversation with some people and we are going to get moving on a solution," Bieber stated in a black-and-white Instagram vid posted Friday (December 8) in response to the wildfires that required more than 8,500 Los Angeles firefighters to help extinguish.

"Obviously I'm not a fireman but I can use my resources to figure out ways to get some sort of restoration in certain communities and fundraisers or whatever we can do," the "Friends" singer continued. "I'm going to get on that and in the meantime, all the families and all the people who are struggling, just know that everything is going to be OK."

True to his word, Bieber quickly followed through with another post encouraging fans to drop off items like food and water, clothing, and sanitary commodities for the thousands of homeowners who were ordered to evacuate their residences in the wake of the Skirball Fire that broke out in Bel-Air, California Wednesday morning (December 6).

On Saturday (December 9), CNN confirmed an elderly woman was the first fatality related to the fires that reportedly wrecked over 700 homes and burned 175,000 acres in its rampage.
