Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez have been inseparable since they got back together in October, but their moms feel very differently about their rekindled romance. Justin's mom, Pattie Mallette, adores Gomez and wants the couple to get married, but Gomez's mother, Mandy Teefey, wants her daughter to move on. The moms are now supposedly planning a meeting to hash out their differences, and everyone wants to know just how ugly it is going to get.
Life & Style is reporting that the matriarchs will meet face-to-face to argue their sides, and Teefey wants to "knock some sense" into Mallette. Since watching her daughter fall apart after all her breakups with Bieber, Teefey is not a fan of the two singers being together, and she is hoping to change Mallette's mind.
"She's seen the highs and lows of their relationship up close, and she's not a fan. These women are not on the same page," says an insider. "This is going to be a very interesting meeting."

Despite her family's disapproval, Gomez recently let Bieber move into her house while they look for a new home to purchase together. A source claims the couple has a budget of $15 million and, because they want to one day start a family, they are looking for a baby-friendly home outside Los Angeles in Calabasas or Hidden Hills.
But, if Teefey has anything to say about it, a new home and babies are not going to happen. According to Teen Vogue, Gomez and her mom recently had an argument over her relationship with Bieber, and she ended up going to the hospital after the Wolves singer told her that she and Bieber were attending counseling together. It turns out the 41-year-old needed medical treatment when she realized this relationship was going to be more long-term than she first thought.
As for Mallette, she recently told People Magazine at the Justice Speaks Holiday Benefit Luncheon in Los Angeles that she doesn't know much about her son's personal relationship with Gomez because he doesn't share much, but she loves her. She added that she supports anything her son does, and if he loves her, so does she.
She also revealed that she and Gomez have a special bond and she thinks the singer is "precious." Mallette wouldn't speak specifically about Bieber and Gomez's relationship because that was between them.

The 41-year-old did reveal her son is focusing on God and trying to figure out what counts and what matters. She said that having love in his life keeps him more grounded, especially when it is someone who cares so deeply for him.
Bieber attended the Justice Speaks event to show support for his mom. The organization is a non-profit that provides services to at-risk children to stop international human and sex trafficking.
