The end of the year means a round-up of the most listened-to songs on streaming services, and it looks like Ed Sheeran, Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee have had a good 2017.
Songs by the musicians have topped Spotify and Apple Music end-of-year lists for the most-streamed tracks -- notably Sheeran's single, "Shape of You" from his album "Divide" and "Despacito," which was initially released with success that only grew once a remix with Justin Bieber was released. Pandora, which operates more like a radio, ranked its top songs by ones that were most thumbed up -- that is, songs that were rated with the most "thumbs up."
