Charlie Puth Opens Up About Dissing Justin Bieber

Last year, Charlie Puth faced the wrath of Beliebers everywhere after randomly yelling "F*ck you, Justin Bieber" during a performance of "We Don't Talk Anymore" with Selena Gomez. After the incident, which took place at a concert in Dallas, the singer-songwriter apologized, explaining that the whole thing was meant to be a joke, and that he's actually a big Justin Bieber fan.

Now, Charlie is opening up even further about the diss. In an interview on Dan Wootton's Bizarre Life podcast, Charlie explained that he regrets what he said, adding that he and Justin have made amends since last spring. "There might have been a lot of emotion that night, a lot of thoughts going through my head and maybe just, sort of, maybe I shouldn't have said that," the singer explained. "It's not really fair to him."

Charlie went on to say that he and Justin have had positive interactions since the incident. "We've come across each other since then and he posted that he liked my song 'Attention' on his Instagram, so we are good," he said, noting that he and the Biebs have had a "handshake" to smooth things over. It seems as though all's well that ends well. Who knows — maybe we'll even have a Charlie/Justin collab in the future to solidify their new friendship.
