Taiwanese satirical news website, TomoNews US, has created an animated video poking fun at the Lee Family Feud which gripped the nation in June and July when Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong's younger siblings Lee Wei Ling and Lee Hsien Yang volleyed allegations of abuse of power against him.
The siblings claimed that PM Lee used his influence as head of Government to preserve the their family home, 38 Oxley Road, against their father Lee Kuan Yew's willed desire to demolish the house, in order to bolster his grip on power.
The video by TomoNews US featured crude graphics showing the siblings having it out and a spirit of Lee Kuan Yew attempting to stop them.
The narrator referred to Lee Kuan Yew as a dictator and ultimately claimed that the Oxley drama is "intensely boring."
An English version is also available on Youtube. It has accumulated over 6,500 hits.

TomoNews US has been operational since 2009 and has been known to make satirical animations of international current affairs. The organisation proclaims that it is the "best source for real news" and declares, "TomoNews animates without fear or favor. If you do something stupid, you're going to get animated."
"TomoNews reacts to the news in the way that a viewer might react to the news. Some stories make us laugh. Some stories make us outraged. Some stories make us sigh and shake our heads. You'll hear that it in our voice, especially when we're sarcastic or over the top. Our reaction to the news is uncensored — we don't feel the need to apologize for that. Neither should the viewer."
The organisation has received rave reviews from international media for its viral videos on Steve Jobs, Justin Bieber, Sarah Palin and Al Gore among others.
